The Sprint is the stage after the Growth Map: the direction is set, and now we build it.

What actually gets built

By the end of the Sprint, these exist and work:

Messaging that holds up with a skeptical, values-driven audience

Landing pages built to convert the right people, and screen out the wrong ones

Tracking that shows you what every dollar and hour produced

A live, funded test of the channel we chose

Documentation your team can run the whole thing from

How the 90 days look

1–4

Weeks 1–4: From plan to spec. The Growth Map said which channel and why. Now we go a level deeper: the exact audience definition, the messaging that speaks to them, and the test spec, budget, timeline, and the numbers that will count as success. From you: a few working sessions and access to whatever data you have.

5–8

Weeks 5–8: Build. Landing pages, tracking, email sequences, creative. Nothing launches until we can measure it. From you: feedback rounds and approvals, a few hours a week.

9–12

Weeks 9–12: Test and scale. The channel runs live, with real budget. I read the numbers weekly and adjust. What works gets more budget. From you: decisions when the data demands them.

What if the test doesn’t work?

Sometimes the first channel doesn’t hit the numbers. When that happens, we say so, take what the data taught us, and move to the next-best bet faster and cheaper than the first.

What you don’t get is a report that dresses up a failed test as a success. You’ll always know where things actually stand.

What stays with you

Everything. The accounts, the assets, the tracking, the documentation, the trained team. Nothing is locked behind me, and there’s no retainer waiting at the end.

If you want ongoing help after the Sprint, that’s what Fractional is for. But it’s an option, never a dependency.

From people who’ve done this with me

“Anna moved quickly from our first conversations into a plan, then execution, and operated independently from there. I never had to chase her to keep things moving. The newsletter channel that ended up with the lowest cost per application was essentially her idea, on top of several other plausible ideas we didn’t end up pursuing. We ended up with solid insight into which channels actually work for the bootcamp.”

“As founders, we knew copy and email marketing matter, but we didn’t have a strategy for either. What Anna brought wasn’t just execution, it was a plan: how to grow the list, what to say to it, and when. That strategy is why our open rates are well above industry average, some emails hit 40-50%, and a list under 1,000 people produced a 13.5x return and pushed a lot more people into sales consultations for our flagship program.”

“I needed a marketer who wouldn’t be pushy, and who could work within a tight budget. In a few months, our organic blog traffic tripled, our list doubled, and multiple new cohorts of my course sold, without a single paid ad.”

“I run a program that solves a real social problem: digital literacy for older adults. My own marketing and storytelling skills weren’t enough, so I brought Anna in to lead the strategy behind our funnel and messaging. What changed: real confidence in our digital presence, clearer offers, and more inbound interest, even against free alternatives. I’ve brought her back for more than one project since.”
