Marketing infrastructure for high-impact programs

Sound familiar?
You’ve already proven this works.
The problem is what happens next.
Bring in a lot more people and hope quality holds.
Or stay small, because nobody on your team has the time or the specific experience to do this properly.
Neither is really a good choice.
If you’re nodding, you’re in the right place.

The cost of staying small
Your program was built to serve far more people than it currently reaches.
Every cohort under capacity is capacity you already paid for.
And if you’re running something more scalable, a newsletter, a self-paced course, you could probably have 10x more people using it right now.
Try asking for more budget or headcount when your reach doesn’t show what the program can actually do.
And the causes behind these programs don’t wait.

The human typing this
Hi, I’m Anna.
I spent 8 years getting really good at one thing: making people take action. 200+ clients, mostly courses and education.
I loved it, and not only because I was good at it. Marketing always struck me as a serious force for good that mostly gets pointed at trivial things. The same skills that sell another subscription box can fill a fellowship, grow a newsletter that changes how people think, bring the right people to work that actually matters.
That idea stayed with me for years, alongside a genuine pull toward effective altruism and the causes that felt most urgent to me. For a long time it lived next to my work rather than inside it.
Eventually that stopped making sense. So now it's one thing: the skill set I spent years building, aimed where I think it counts most.

What changed after we worked together
I could tell you it works. Here’s what people who aren’t me have to say.

Traffic tripled · list doubled
“I needed a marketer who wouldn’t be pushy, and who could work within a tight budget. In a few months, our organic blog traffic tripled, our list doubled, and multiple new cohorts of my branding for good course sold, without a single paid ad.”

More inbound interest
“I run a program that solves a real social problem: digital literacy for older adults. My own marketing and storytelling skills weren’t enough, so I brought Anna in to lead the strategy behind our funnel and messaging.
What changed: real confidence in our digital presence, clearer offers, and higher conversation rate, even against free alternatives.
I’ve brought her back for more than one project since.”

13.5x return from under 1,000 people
“As founders, we knew copy and email marketing matter, but we didn’t have a strategy for either.
What Anna brought wasn’t just execution, it was a plan: how to grow the list, what to say to it, and when.
That strategy is why our open rates are well above industry average, some emails hit 40–50%, and a list under 1,000 people produced a 13.5x return and pushed a lot more people into sales consultations for our flagship program.”

Lowest cost per application
“Anna moved quickly from our first conversations into a plan, then execution, and operated independently from there. I never had to chase her to keep things moving.
The newsletter channel that ended up with the lowest cost per application was essentially her idea, on top of several other plausible ideas we didn’t end up pursuing.
We ended up with solid insight into which channels actually work for the CEA bootcamp.”
