Terms of Service

Anna Pitner Marketing LLC

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of services from Anna Pitner Marketing LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing strategy and growth services, including the Growth Map, Sprint engagements, and fractional marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of Sprint and Fractional engagements are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal for each client. Where a separate agreement exists, it takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

The Growth Map is a fixed-price service purchased through this website. It includes a client questionnaire, a working call, and a shared strategy document, as described on the relevant page of this site.

Payments

Fees are stated in US dollars and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.

Refunds and cancellations

Growth Map. Once you have submitted the intake questionnaire, work on your Growth Map has begun and the purchase is non-refundable.

One exception applies, at our sole discretion: if, after reviewing your questionnaire, we conclude that we cannot genuinely help your organization, we will tell you so and issue a refund. This determination is ours alone to make and does not create a right to a refund in other circumstances.

Sprint and Fractional engagements. Cancellation and refund terms for these engagements are set out in the applicable written agreement.

No guarantee of results

Marketing involves testing, and testing involves risk. We bring experience, a structured process, and close monitoring, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including lead volume, lead cost, conversion rates, revenue, or the success of any particular channel. Any figures on this website describing past client results reflect those specific engagements and are not a promise of similar results for you.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in questionnaires and communications, to respond within reasonable timeframes when your input is needed, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you share with us. You are responsible for your own business decisions, including how you act on our recommendations.

Intellectual property

Deliverables. Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you in an engagement (strategy documents, copy, campaign materials). We retain ownership of our methods, processes, templates, and know-how, and may use them freely in other work.

Website content. The content of this website, including text, case studies, and design, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

Portfolio use. We may describe engagements in anonymized form for portfolio and marketing purposes, without identifying you, unless we agree otherwise in writing or you give permission to be named.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us in the course of an engagement as confidential and use it only to provide the services. Specific confidentiality obligations for larger engagements are set out in the applicable written agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Third-party services

The website may link to or rely on third-party services (scheduling, payments, email). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
